Step 1 — Copy your financing button snippet

First, log into app.build-folio.com and go to Widgets → Financing Button. Copy your personalized snippet. It will look similar to this:

You can adjust data-bf-label (button text) and data-bf-placement to match where you install it (homepage, pricing page, HVAC landing page, etc.).

Add a financing button in WordPress

  1. In WordPress, open the page where you want the financing button to appear.
  2. Click the + icon and add a Custom HTML block (or use an HTML widget in Elementor/Beaver Builder).
  3. Paste your BuildFolio financing snippet from the dashboard.
  4. Optionally change the label text to something like “See monthly payments for this system”.
  5. Update or publish the page, then test the button on desktop and mobile.

Add a financing button in Wix

  1. In the Wix Editor, open the page where you want the button (often your pricing or HVAC replacement page).
  2. Click Add > Embed > Custom Embeds > Embed a Widget.
  3. Paste your BuildFolio snippet into the custom code area.
  4. Resize and position the widget near your main call-to-action or pricing section.
  5. Publish and test the button on a live page, not just the editor preview.

Add a financing button in Squarespace

  1. Open the page editor and hover where you want the financing button to appear.
  2. Click the “+” to add a block, then choose Code.
  3. Paste your BuildFolio financing snippet into the code block.
  4. Set the block to Display Source rather than just code text.
