What happens when someone books through the widget?
The booking workflow checks configured availability, blocked dates and existing appointment conflicts before recording a scheduled lead. Email confirmations can include calendar invitations and reschedule or cancel links. Your team should check the recorded appointment and delivery outcome rather than assuming an email arrived or work is confirmed.

Manage changes
Use the existing secure reschedule or cancel links where available. Review the changed appointment before committing your team to travel or work.

Use the account-provided snippet or booking destination. Do not guess an organization identifier or promise team routing that has not been configured.

Monitor scheduled leads and confirmation outcomes. Create a job or estimate only through the separate reviewed workflow.

Conflict checks help assess existing appointments; they are not a guarantee against every overlapping request or scheduling mistake. This page does not offer booking deposits, no-show guarantees or crew/service routing. SMS reminders and “On My Way” are unavailable.
